The most frequently asked question received regarding The Foundation is: "What is the Foundation doing with the money it raises?" It is important that we report on both the Foundation's success in raising money and tell you where the money goes.

2006

·  $750 to Rock County RSVP to provide an exercise program to local senior citizens.

·  $2,700 to the Minnesota Veteran’s Home – Luverne to purchase two (2) Optima Lift Chairs.

·  $1,000 to the Blue Mound Park Partners to staff the Interpretive Center for the 2006 summer

·  $20,000 to the Capital Campaign Building project at Sioux Valley Luverne Hospital

·  Ongoing operating and endowment support of Hospice of Sioux Valley Luverne Hospital

2005

· $20,000 to the Healing Garden project at Sioux Valley Luverne Hospital

· $20,000 to the Capital Campaign Building project at Sioux Valley Luverne Hospital

· $400 to Nobles-Rock Health Public Health Services to purchase CRP manikins

· $4,250 to Good Samaritan Communities for two (2) external defibrillators (AEDs)

· Ongoing operating and endowment support of Hospice of Sioux Valley Luverne Hospital

2004

· $600 sponsoring the Sioux Valley Luverne Hospital Heart Screening

· $20,000 to the Capital Campaign Building project at Sioux Valley Luverne Hospital

· $20,000 for a pediatric ultra-slim scope for Sioux Valley Luverne Hospital

· $3,860 to purchase Lifeline units for the elderly

· $3,329 for the Music Therapy program for children with disabilities
